Role: Temporary Reception/Member Experience

Type: Temporary

HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £13.15 per hour depending on experience

LOCATION: Westminster

What you will be doing

  • Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone answering or referring enquiries.
  • Facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations and catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements ensuring services are appropriately charged for on Nexudus.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of completed work and ensure all information is handed over and followed up efficiently.
  • Maintain security by following the health & safety procedures in place.
  • Order building stock to ensure levels are maintained, raising and receipting PO's on SAP.
  • Ensure member databases and SharePoint files are updated and current at all times.
  • Raise & manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk for IT issues, and via Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring members are kept updated.
  • Assist and collaborate with the External meeting room, Events and Sales teams as required.
  • Assist Managers and colleagues with all operational and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with all Members and regular visitors, and greet them by name whenever possible, in a polite, professional and personable manner.
  • Assist Members with all queries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support your manager with member on-boarding to ensure a smooth and seamless welcome and when necessary, departure using the move in and out check lists provided.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Reception, MS Office, In particular Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Safety practices
  • Customer service experience, front of house desirable
  • Experience within the customer service sector
  • Highly refined verbal and written communication skills
  • People person
  • Good organisation and timekeeping skills
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Remain positive in a high paced environment
  • Professional integrity, flexibility and positive outlook
